Do portal users pay?
No. Clients, freelancers and suppliers use the portals at no cost, on any plan.
Is invoicing certified by the Portuguese Tax Authority?
Rigg does not issue invoices by itself. It prepares them from the jobs and issues them through your certified invoicing program — TOConline, Moloni, InvoiceXpress or Cegid Vendus — connected in Integrations.
Does it work without internet in the warehouse?
Scan mode keeps scans on the device and syncs when the network is back, with the state always visible.
Can I migrate from my current system?
Yes. The import reads the whole export from the online management platform you use today — products, assets, stock and contacts — and shows the result in a dry run before anything is saved. Assisted import includes validation with us.
Can I change plans?
At any time. Changes are prorated on the next invoice.
