Who we are
The Rigg team is responsible for the personal data collected through rigg.rentals. You can reach us through the contact form on this website.
What we collect on this website
When you request a demo or contact us: your name, company, work email, the size of your inventory, your message and the plan you are interested in.
For abuse control we keep a keyed hash of the IP address of each request (never the address itself) and the time of the request.
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics tools.
Why and on what basis
To answer your request and arrange a demo — steps you asked for before a possible contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
To keep the website secure and prevent abuse — our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to erase them.
Who receives it
Only the Rigg team and the providers that host the service and deliver email on our behalf, bound by data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
Using the Rigg platform
Data that companies enter into Rigg (clients, crew, orders, documents) belongs to those companies; Rigg processes it on their behalf under the service agreement.
Subscription payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. Rigg never receives or stores card details.
The Rigg apps use only strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and security.
Your rights
You may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
