FEATURES

Everything Rigg does, area by area.

From the first request to closing the job: what each area does and how it connects to the others, with the same data from the quote to the invoice.

Sales and quotes

From the request to the confirmed order, with availability on every line and margins protected.

  • Opportunities and orders

Requests, opportunities, quotes and orders in one record, with statuses, owner, tasks and the client's history.

  • Quotes with real availability

Every line shows what is free on the job's dates, from preparation to return. A shortage shows up before the quote reaches the client.

  • Prices, discounts and approvals

Price lists and daily and weekly rules, discounts with limits, and an approval when the margin drops below the minimum or stock is overbooked.

  • Packages

Equipment sets with mandatory, optional or recommended components, priced inside the package or charged separately.

  • Crew on the quote

The crew comes in by competence, with the day rate for the client and the cost for the company, from set-up to return or only on the days each person goes.

  • Accessory and compatibility assistant

When a product is added, it suggests cables, mounts and accessories and warns when a connection or a mount does not fit the rest of the kit.

  • Production templates

A typical job with phases, equipment, crew positions, tasks and documents, to start a new job in seconds.

  • Changes after confirmation

Each change shows its price impact, goes to the client for approval by link, and the accepted version is kept.

  • Prices in the table and rounding

The unit price is typed straight in the quote table, and the subtotal can be rounded up to the euro on a line of its own that goes to the document and the invoice.

  • Company documents

Quote, order confirmation and picking list as PDF, with the company's texts, colours and columns.

  • Client workspace

Clients follow their requests and approve quotes online, with no PDFs going back and forth by e-mail.

  • Online catalogue

A public page with the equipment you choose, where clients pick dates and ask for a quote. The request reaches sales ready to convert.

Planning and availability

The booking covers the whole job — preparation, transport, set-up, show, strike and return — not just the event hours.

  • Operational window by phases

The job's phases set the dates booked, with the safety buffer and the warehouse turnaround already taken out.

  • Planning by product and store

What is free day by day, per product and per store, with shortages highlighted and every figure explained.

  • Shortages solved on the job

Swap for an alternative, sub-rent, ask suppliers for a quote or ask a partner, without leaving the order.

  • Substitution by equivalents

When a product is short or a unit breaks, it proposes equivalents by technical characteristics, availability and cost.

  • Technical calculations

The power the equipment draws against what the venue has, LED wall layouts and resolution, and projection distances, from the equipment chosen.

  • Readiness panel

For every confirmed job, what still stops it from leaving: equipment, crew, transport, paperwork and tasks, with what to do about each.

  • Rigg network

Share availability with partner companies that use Rigg and sub-rent from each other. A secure access code connects two companies at once.

Warehouse

Preparation, dispatch and returns by scanning, with the state of every item in view and nothing forgotten on the way back.

  • Warehouse queue

Preparing, ready, out, due back and problems, with deadlines and delays per job and per store.

  • Scanning on the phone

QR codes and barcodes with the camera or a USB scanner. It works with no connection and catches up when the network is back, with the state always visible.

  • Bulk RFID reading

Dozens of tags read at once while preparing or checking in, and tags paired with assets on the spot.

  • Signed dispatch

The dispatch note records who takes the equipment, with a signature, and what was left behind.

  • Returns and problems

Every item comes back fine, damaged or missing. Damaged kit goes to quarantine with a photo and the problem stays on record until it is resolved.

  • Damage and loss

Before and after photos linked to the asset, the damage assessed, a repair quote and the charge to the client, who accepts or disputes it by link.

  • Checklists by role and phase

Preparation, loading, set-up, show and strike lists, with photos and a person responsible, on the technician's phone too.

  • Direct handovers between jobs

Equipment that goes from one job straight to the next without coming back to the warehouse: planned with who hands over and who receives, counted once in availability and signed for.

  • Stock counts and transfers

Stock counts and transfers between stores, with every movement recorded.

Inventory

The catalogue that sells is the one the warehouse prepares: products, assets, cases and stock in one place.

  • Products and serialised assets

Products with a technical sheet, and assets with serial number, state, value, warranty and movement history.

  • Kits and cases

Assets inside cases, and cases inside cases, with the contents following every movement.

  • Bulk stock

Products without serial numbers, with stock per store and a movement ledger that is never rewritten.

  • QR labels

Labels to print per product, asset or case, ready to scan in the warehouse.

  • Connections and mounts

Each product states the connections and mounts it has and needs, so the assistant can check compatibility.

  • Import from Current RMS

Upload the whole export: products, assets, stock and contacts are recognised and imported in one go, with a dry run before anything is saved.

Crew and vehicles

Who goes, with which competence, on which days and in which vehicle — with the real cost on the job.

  • Profiles and competences

In-house technicians and freelancers with competences, a day rate for the client and a cost for the company.

  • Certifications with expiry

Certificates and training with expiry dates, warnings before they lapse and the requirements of each competence.

  • People and vehicle schedule

Who and which vehicle is busy each day, with clashes visible before confirming.

  • Answers by link

Technicians accept or decline the job from the e-mail, with no account, and the job's crew updates.

  • Hours and expenses

Technicians record hours and expenses through their link, pay rules work out the extras and approval updates the real cost.

  • Freelancer invoices

Freelancers send their invoice from the hours link; the office compares it with the agreed amount, approves it or sends it back, and marks it paid.

  • Delivery and collection routes

One day per vehicle with the jobs' stops. The driver navigates, calls the contact and collects a signature and photos on the phone.

  • Travel and accommodation

Flights, trains, cars, hotels and allowances per job, with a cost forecast and the itinerary sent to each person.

  • Technician network

Technicians publish a profile with CV, areas and certificates; companies search by speciality, level and region and talk to them directly.

Production

The jobs, what is left to do and the show itself, shared by the people producing it.

  • Projects

Several jobs in one project, with the equipment consolidated and the crew and costs in view.

  • Show rundown

A collaborative real-time rundown with cues per department, times and live states, and a read-only link for the crew.

  • Job tasks and attachments

Tasks with a deadline and an owner, and documents with who may see them — internal, crew or client.

  • Open positions

Crew positions go on the quote before there are names and stay open until someone is chosen.

  • Venue technical sheets

Loading in, doors, lifts, power, network, contacts and photos of each venue, shown on the job and on the phones of its technicians.

  • Job communication

Conversations, decisions and attachments on each job, kept apart between the company, the client and the crew, who answer from their link or in the client workspace.

Maintenance

Equipment that is not right does not leave: it stays blocked until it is repaired and tested.

  • Work orders

Faults with parts, labour, external costs and tests before the asset goes back into service.

  • Preventive plans

By days, operating hours or days of use, with the work order raised before it falls due.

  • Quarantine and blocking

An asset in quarantine or maintenance leaves availability until it is released by someone allowed to do it.

Purchasing and sub-rental

What is missing is bought or hired from the job itself, and the cost goes into the margin.

  • Requests for quotation

The same request to several suppliers, with the answers side by side.

  • Supplier orders

Purchases and sub-rentals tied to the job's cost, received in the warehouse.

  • Sub-rental between partners

Ask a Rigg network partner for equipment: the request reaches the partner and the order is ready on your side.

Finance

The invoice comes from the job, with the same lines, discounts and VAT the client accepted.

  • Invoices from the job

The draft is prepared from the order and reviewed before it is issued.

  • Issued in your certified program

Invoices are issued through TOConline, Moloni, InvoiceXpress or Cegid Vendus, connected in Integrations. Rigg does not issue invoices by itself.

  • Receivables and what is left to invoice

Open and overdue invoices, the jobs still to invoice and what was invoiced this month.

Reports

The figures behind purchasing, pricing and crew decisions, from what really happened.

  • Ready-made reports

Equipment utilisation, profitability per job, pipeline, revenue by client, sub-rental versus buying and more, with CSV export.

  • Scheduled e-mails

Reports sent by e-mail as often as you choose, only to people who may see them.

  • Report builder

Your own reports built from Rigg's sources, kept private or shared with the team.

Platform and security

Everyone sees and does what their role allows, and every sensitive action is recorded.

  • Role dashboard and global search

What needs attention today for each role, and any record one keyboard shortcut away.

  • Roles and permissions

Ready-made roles for sales, warehouse, production and finance, with permissions per store.

  • Two-step sign-in and audit

MFA for accounts and an audit log of every sensitive action, with export.

  • Custom fields

Your own fields on organisations, contacts, venues, products, assets, orders and projects.

  • Several stores and warehouses

Stock, assets, crew and permissions per store, with transfers between them.

  • Installs like an app

Rigg installs on the computer and the phone, and scanning keeps working with no connection.

  • Protected data (GDPR)

Personal data exported and anonymised on request, with permissions of their own for who may do it.
