Scope

The Rigg team provides Rigg, a hosted platform for audiovisual rental and production companies. These terms apply to accounts created on Rigg; an individual contract prevails where one exists.

Accounts and access

Each person uses their own credentials. The account owner decides who has access and with which permissions. Two-step verification is required for roles that handle administration or finance.

Plans, prices and payment

Prices are shown without VAT. Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance; plan changes are prorated.

Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. If a payment fails we will warn the account before any restriction.

Trial period

Trials give access to the chosen plan for the period shown. At the end, a plan must be chosen to continue; data is kept.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You can export it at any time and for 30 days after the end of the contract. Rigg processes personal data on your behalf under a data-processing agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not use Rigg for unlawful purposes, to attack the service or other customers, or to store content you have no right to store.

Availability and support

We make reasonable efforts to keep Rigg available and secure, with backups and monitoring. Service levels are only guaranteed where an individual contract says so.

Invoicing to your clients

Until the integration with certified invoicing software is validated, Rigg does not issue certified invoices; you remain responsible for your legal invoicing.

Liability

Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, Rigg's liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the previous 12 months.

Termination

You may cancel at any time with effect at the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts for serious breach or prolonged non-payment, after notice.

Changes and law

We will announce material changes to these terms in advance. Portuguese law applies; the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction. Contact: through the contact form on this website.
