Frequently asked questions
Do portal users pay?
No. Clients, freelancers and suppliers use the portals at no cost, on any plan.
Is invoicing certified by the Portuguese Tax Authority?
Certified invoices will be issued through certified invoicing software integrated with Rigg. Until that integration is validated, Rigg does not issue certified invoices.
Does it work without internet in the warehouse?
Scan mode keeps scans on the device and syncs when the network is back, with the state always visible.
Can I migrate from my current system?
Yes. We import products, assets, contacts and history by file or API, with a dry run that shows the result before anything is saved. Assisted import includes validation with us.
Can I change plans?
At any time. Changes are prorated on the next invoice.
